Brownies with honey
Ingredients 100 grs honey 125 grs butter 185 grs chocolate 2 pre beaten eggs 250 grs sugar 2 tspn vanilla 125 grs flour
Preparation
- pre heat oven at 180c butter pan 20 cm with butter or oil , cover the pan with wax paper
- melt butter and chocolate in double sauce pan let it cool down for 2 minutes , in a small bowl beat honey eggs, vanilla add the sifted flour and the butter and chocolate mix, stir well until obtaining a creamy batter
- Bake for 35 minutes, let the brownies cool down in the pan, cut in small pieces.
- decorate with chocolate cream
