Ingredients
150 grs butter
125 grs dark chocolate
3 eggs
375 grs white sugar
125 grs flour
30 grs cocoa powder
2 tspn of coffee
Vanilla ice cream
Sauce
250 ml milk cream
200 grs dark chocolate
2 tspn of grand marnier
Preparation
- pre heat oven at 180 c butter the pan 20 cm with butter or oil , cover the pan with wax paper
- Cook butter and chocolate in a double sauce pan cook until obtaining a creamy substance, remove from fire and let cool down.
- in a big cooking bowl beat eggs ,sugar and vanilla, gradually add while beating the chocolate butter mix the sifted flour ,cocoa powder and coffee , do not over beat
- In a pan pour the batter and bake for 40 minutes, let it cool down in the refrigerator for one hour.
- to elaborated the chocolate sauce mix the milk cream with the chopped chocolate in a small pot and cook until the chocolate is melted , remove from the fire and stir until obtaining a creamy substance add the liquor , and mix well
- cut the brownies in small pieces , served with ice cream and decoded with chocolate sauce
