Ingredients:
1 kg chestnuts
1 kg sugar
2 deciliters water
Preparation:
- Cook the chestnuts in an express pot for 15 minutes.
- Peel them while hot and remove the second skin.
- Grind them.
- Make a syrup with water and sugar mixing it with the chestnut puree on fire, let it boil for 15 minutes stirring continuously.
- It can be served in small glass dishes decorating with skimmed milk.
