Curative properties
Anemia: eat broccoli regularly since it has a high content of iron and helps attack this disease.

Lower blood pressure, cholesterol: to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, eat broccoli regularly.
Heat: to eliminate heat problems during summer, eat the broccoli slightly cooked in vapor.
Colon, lung, rectum and mammary cancer: to help prevent these cancers, eat half a cup of broccoli a week.
Conjunctivitis: add broccoli and carrots to a liter of boiling water and drink the infusion.
Diabetes: for it’s high content of chromium, it helps regulates insulin and blood sugar. Eat it raw regularly.
Heart problems, immune system: to keep in good shape, eat regularly.
Urinary tract problems: eat broccoli soup and cabbage.
Precaution In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not follow any treatment without medical supervision. If consumed in excess while nursing, it can change the flavor of the breast milk.
