Bread with Dry Fruits Recipe
Ingredients Dry yeast Warm water 100 grs flour 100 grs bran 100 grs whole wheat flour A pinch of salt 4 tablespoons of oil 60 grs raisins 60 grs prunes 60 grs chopped nuts
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a big bowl mix the flours the oil, pour the yeast mix and mix all the ingredients until obtaining soft dough, add the dry fruit and make small breads, bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
