Bread Pudding with Raisins & Rum Recipe
Ingredients 125 grs butter 65 grs glazed sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 100 grs flour 50 grs cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 teaspoons of rum 100 grs raisins
Preparation

In a small cooking bowl beat sugar and butter, gradually add eggs and grated lemon peel , keep beating integrated flour, cornstarch baking, powder, rum and raisins until obtaining a smooth batter.

Butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan and bake for 45 minutes let the pudding cool down before serving.
