Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
400grs of bread flour
150grs of brown sugar
1 liter of milk
2tbsp of grated lemon peel
3 eggs
100grs of raisins
50grs of nuts
50grs of butter
1 pinch of salt

Preparation
Soak the bread flour in the milk for 30 minutes, until it softens. Then add the sugar, lightly whipped eggs, the grated lemon peel, raisins, nuts, butter and the pinch of salt. Mix well until you obtain a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a buttered oven pan and cook for 20min at a low flame.
