Bread Biscuit with Raisin Recipe
Ingredients: Previous day bread ½ liter of milk 50 grs of raisins 50 grs of cocoa 100 grs of powdered sugar 5 small almond biscuits 50 grs of butter
Preparation: Cut the bread in small slices and soak them in warm milk.
The raisins are placed in a cup with a little water. Butter a cake mold of about 23 cm in diameter. Mix the strained bread with the cocoa, the sugar, the strained raisins and the well ground biscuits. Add the butter which should be diced. Turn on the oven and graduate it to a moderate heat. Pour the mix into the mold and let it cook at a low flame for an hour. Make sure it is cooked well by placing a knife in the center and making sure it comes out dry. Remove from the oven and take out from mold, let it cool off. You can add dry fruit, almonds or any type of dry fruit cut in slices.
