Brazilian Slice Recipe
Ingredients: 1 previous day bread loaf of 250grs. ½ liter of milk 4 eggs 2 cups of sugar 4tsps of powdered cinnamon Oil
Preparation:
Cut the bread in slices one finger thick and place them in a tray bathing them with the milk making sure they are not too soft because they would break at the moment of frying. Let them soak for ½ an hour.
On the meantime proceed in mixing the sugar with the cinnamon.
Place a frying pan in the fire with abundant oil to heat up.
Beat the eggs. Pass the bread slices on the beat eggs and fry them afterwards in the oil at a medium heat until they are brown. Strain them and place them in a flat tray. Sprinkle them with the sugar that has been mixed with the cinnamon.
