Ingredients
180 grams of butter
275 of confectioner’s sugar
60 ml of brandy or rum
Preparation
Put the butter in a bowl and beat it until you obtain a creamy consistency. Continue mixing and add in the sugar and then the brandy or the rum until you obtain a spongy cream.
