Brandy Ice Cream

 
Ingredients
500 ml milk cream
3 tbspn brandy
2 egg yolks
100 gr glazed sugar
3 drops vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the glazed sugar, brandy and vanilla.
  2. Beat the milk cream and add to the mix. Refrigerate.

This can also be used for rum ice cream replacing the brandy for rum.
