Brandy Cream
- For 6 servings

Ingredients 3 egg yolks 90gr sugar 180gr butter 1tbsp cornstarch 2tbsp raw milk 1 small cup of brandy
Preparation
- Beat the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch and milk well.
- Put the mix into a casserole pot and cook at a low flame until it thickens.
- Let it cool off and put in blender, add the butter and blend thoroughly, add brandy slowly to the blender.
- Place the cream in a container and put into the freezer.
- Serve frozen.
Practical advice The stiff egg whites can be placed after the brandy, with which the cream gets foamier.
