Blueberry Pie Recipe
Ingredients 300 grs flour 200 grs butter 150 grs sugar ½ teaspoon of yeast 1 egg A pinch of salt
Filling 500 grs of blueberries 5 eggs 200 grs sugar 100 grs chopped nuts 40 grs corn starch
Preparation Wash and cut blue berries. In small bowl mix flour, yeast; gradually add egg, melted butter and sugar mix all the ingredients until obtaining smooth dough refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
- Beat 5 egg whites gradually add sugar until obtaining a meringue add chopped nuts, corn starch mix carefully.
- Spread dough over a butter pan adds blue berries meringue, pre heat oven at 180 c, and bake pie for 30 minutes.
