Blueberry Jam
Ingredients Blueberries, 1 kilogram Sugar, 600 grams
Preparation Wash the blueberries and place them in a bowl. Add in the sugar and stir. Place the preparation in a casserole and cook over high heat. Make sure to constantly stir so that it does not burn or stick to the bottom. Once it thickens, place a small amount on a plate and let it cool, then tilt the plate, if the jam stays on the plate, it is ready. Take the jam off the heat at this point and put it in sterilized jars that shut hermetically. Keep in the refrigerator.
