Ingredients
1 ½ cups of flour
125 grs of butter
½ cup of lemon juice
500 grs of berries
1 egg beaten egg white
¼ cup of glazed sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon peel
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil.
- Place flour and butter in the blender and blend for 15 minutes add the lemon juice and keep blending until obtaining smooth dough. Spread the dough on the butter pan.
- In a small cooking bowl mix blue berries with glazed sugar and cinnamon, pour the berry on the pie crust and close the pie make a semi roll.
- Bake the pie for 40 minutes; let pie cool down before serving.
