Blondie Recipes
Ingredients 100 grs butter 100 grs white chocolate 125 grs glazed sugar 80 grs chopped nuts 2 eggs pre beaten
Preparation
- Pre heat the oven 180c butter the pan with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper
- Cook white chocolate and butter and a double souse pan stir every now and them until obtaining a smooth cream .
- Add sugar and eggs gradually, stirring continuously add vanilla, flour and nuts, pour the batter into the pan.
- Baked for 35 to 40 minutes if the top part of the batter gets darker cover with aluminum foil. Once the dough its cook remove it from the oven and let it cool down before taking from the pan. Cut in small pieces and decorate
- With chocolate cream.
