Blackcurrant Sherbet

 

Ingredients
500 gr blackcurrant
75 gr sugar
1 lemon peel
40 ml blackcurrant liquor

Preparation

  1. Wash the blackcurrant well. Mash them into a puree.
  2. Boil ½ cup of water with the sugar and lemon peel. Let it cool and tae the lemon peel out. Mix the syrup with the blackcurrant puree and liquor.
  3. Refrigerate until ready.
