Blackcurrant Sherbet
Ingredients 500 gr blackcurrant 75 gr sugar 1 lemon peel 40 ml blackcurrant liquor
Preparation
- Wash the blackcurrant well. Mash them into a puree.
- Boil ½ cup of water with the sugar and lemon peel. Let it cool and tae the lemon peel out. Mix the syrup with the blackcurrant puree and liquor.
- Refrigerate until ready.
