Blackcurrant Profiteroles
Ingredients 1 lt blackcurrant sherbet (or any other berry) 30 profiteroles 40 ml fruit coulis (blackcurrant or other fruits)
Preparation
- Cut the profiteroles in half without separating them. Fill them up with the sherbet and deep freeze for 30 min.
- Make a pyramid with the profiteroles in a tray and sprinkle with cold fruit coulis and serve immediately.
