Blackcurrant Ice Cream
Ingredients
500 gr blackcurrant
100 gr sugar
250 ml milk cream
Preparation
- Mash the blackcurrant
- Make syrup with the sugar, 2 cups of water and cook for 5 min. Adding the blackcurrant puree and milk cream. Mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready.
