Ingredients
Blackberries, 1 kilogram
Sugar, 600 grams
Strawberry essence, to the taste
Preparation
Clean the blackberries and place them in a bowl. Add in the sugar to the blackberries and stir. Cook the preparation in a casserole over high heat. Stir constantly so that it does not burn and stick to the bottom. Once it thickens place a little of the marmalade in a place and let it cool. If the marmalade does not slide off of the plate, it is ready. Take the marmalade off the heat and add in the strawberry essence. Stir and place inside a sterilized jar. Keep inside the refrigerator.
