Blackberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
750 ml blackberry juice
400 gr sugar
200 ml milk cream
½ lemon (juice only)
1 orange (juice only)
Preparation
- Mix the blackberry, lemon and orange juice and strain.
- Beat the milk cream and add to the fruit mix.
- Place in the refrigerator.
- Using this same recipe you can also make strawberry, raspberry and wild berry ice cream.
