Biscuit Surprise

Ingredients
3 eggs
4 tsp. of sugar
12 biscuits
1 glass of brandy and cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Beat egg whites until they stiff together with sugar.
  2. Beat egg yolks and mix well with the egg white.
  3. Place the extended biscuits in a tray, dab them with the brandy and add the egg cream.
  4. Powder the sugar and cinnamon on the biscuits and serve immediately.
