Bergamot Jam
Ingredients Bergamots with peel, 2 Lemon, 1 Water, as much as needed Sugar, as much as needed
Preparation Cut the bergamots and the lemon into thin slices. Get rid of the seeds. Measure the slices into cups and add in three cups of water for each fruit. Let it macerate until the next day. Then put the mixture into a blender and blend until it forms into a puree. For each cup of puree, add in one cup of sugar. Cook over high heat until the color obtains a jam look. Bottle and place in the refrigerator.
