Bavarois Ice Cream
Ingredients 4 egg yolks 300 ml milk 130 gr sugar 1 tspn vanilla 200 ml whipped cream 4 tbspn natural Jell-O
Preparation
- Boil the water with the vanilla.
- Beat the yolks with the sugar until it forms a smooth texture and add the warm milk. Place on the fire until it thickens without it boiling. Add the Jell-O and mix well until it dissolves.
- Let it cool, add the whipped cream and refrigerate.
