Fruit for Any Occasion: Fruit plays a very important role in the human diet since these have nutritious and indispensable substances for the human organism. Fruit is a good source of energy since it has a good amount of carbohydrates in the form of fructose and glucose; they are also a good source of vitamins, although you need to take into account that each fruit defers according to the type of fruit. Due to their high content of organic salt, water and fiber, they are very stimulating to the digestive and renal systems, in other words, they stimulate the appetite, and they are diuretic laxatives. In the same way they provide organic salts of calcium, copper, iron as well as other elements that are greatly useful for the normal function of the organism. Fruit is an indispensable part of a healthy diet and not only this; in many cases they are very useful in treating certain diseases. 

Fruit is a basic component of sweets; jam and jelly have become indispensable in breakfasts or for snacks that are often times accompanied by bread or toast. Besides this they are also used as cake fillings.
