Ingredients
Mashed fruit, 1 kilogram
Sugar, 500 grams
Water, as much as necessary
Preparation
Mix the mashed fruit with some light syrup in a microwave platter. Turn it on and leave it in there for 5 minutes. Then take it out of the microwave and stir with a wooden spoon. Place it back inside the microwave for another five minutes and repeat this process again two more times. Place the mixture into jars that close hermitically and place inside the refrigerator.
