Basic Raw Sweets Recipe
Ingredients Fruit, 1 kilogram Sugar, 500 grams
Preparation Choose and wash the very ripe fruit. Turn this into a paste using a blender or electric mixer. Place the paste in a glass recipient and add in the sugar. For each kilogram of paste add in 500 grams of sugar.
Allow it to sit until the next day so that it eliminates an abundant amount of juice. Then get rid of the extra amount of liquid. Cover the recipient and then let it sit out in the sun. At night put the recipient away and then the next day let it sit in the sun again. Make sure to mix the sweet every day. With a strong summer sun, this sweet will be ready in a week’s time.
