Basic Jam Recipe
Ingredients Fruit, 1 kilogram Water, 2 liters Sugar, 500 grams
Preparation Cook the fruit with the skin in proportion of 1 liter of water per each 500 grams of fruit.
The fruit should be soft in approximately 30 minutes. Filter it without stirring in a sieve for 8 or 10 hours. Measure the amount of filtrated liquid and cook for 20 minutes with the same quantity of sugar. Once it is solid, place it inside a jar and close it once it has cooled completely.
