- For: 8 servings

Ingredients:
8 bananas
½ lemon extract
4 orange extracts
3 tbsps of grand Marnier or sweet sherry
1 cup cognac
50 grs butter
6 tbsps sugar
Preparation:
- Peel the bananas and put them in a porcelain pan with melted butter.
- Cook them for 8-10 minutes flipping them over carefully to not break them.
- Add the sugar and cook for 3 minutes for the sugar to melt.
- Add the well strained extracts with the grand Marnier.
- Let it cook for 7 or 10 minutes for the sauce to thicken.
- Heat up the cognac in a large spoon over the fire and light the bananas on fire by pouring the cognac on top and torching it carefully with a match.
- Serve in the same pan or in a heated tray
