Banana Sherbet
Ingredients 1.5 kg ripe bananas 2 oranges (lemon only) 1 lemon (juice only) 225 sugar
Preparation
- Heat the orange juice with the sugar and take off the fire before it boils.
- Peel the bananas, cover with the lemon juice and mash them into puree. Add the orange juice and mix well Refrigerate.
- Serve in a tall glass covered with chocolate fudge.
