Banana Sherbet

 

Ingredients
1.5 kg ripe bananas
2 oranges (lemon only)
1 lemon (juice only)
225 sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat the orange juice with the sugar and take off the fire before it boils.
  2. Peel the bananas, cover with the lemon juice and mash them into puree. Add the orange juice and mix well Refrigerate.
  3. Serve in a tall glass covered with chocolate fudge.
