Banana Mousse

 

Banana Mousse

 

Ingredients
6 large ripe bananas
1 lemon (juice only)
180 gr sugar
5 tbspn Jell-O
300 ml milk cream
1 orange

Decoration
1 kiwi & 1 banana

Syrup
100 gr sugar & 250 ml water

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them up right away. Add the lemon juice, sugar and Jell-O. Beat the milk cream and once its whipped add to the banana mixture. Refrigerate.
  2. Before serving, peel the kiwi and cut in even slices.
  3. Wash the orange, take the peel off and cut in four. Soak it the syrup.
  4. Unmold the frozen mousse in a tray and decorate with the kiwi and banana slices and the oranges.
