Banana Mousse
Ingredients 6 large ripe bananas 1 lemon (juice only) 180 gr sugar 5 tbspn Jell-O 300 ml milk cream 1 orange
Decoration 1 kiwi & 1 banana
Syrup 100 gr sugar & 250 ml water
Preparation
- Peel the bananas and mash them up right away. Add the lemon juice, sugar and Jell-O. Beat the milk cream and once its whipped add to the banana mixture. Refrigerate.
- Before serving, peel the kiwi and cut in even slices.
- Wash the orange, take the peel off and cut in four. Soak it the syrup.
- Unmold the frozen mousse in a tray and decorate with the kiwi and banana slices and the oranges.
