Banana in Natural Remedies
Curative properties
Lower blood pressure: drink the infusion of the banana peel.
Cramps: to prevent them, eat a banana before exercising.
Stimulant: eat half or one whole green banana a day.
Hemorrhages, laxative: eat daily a ripe banana on an empty stomach.
Insomnia: eat a ripe banana one hour before sleeping.
Dizziness: eat a banana at the first symptom of fainting.
Nauseas: prepare a ripe banana mash and eat.
Cough: boil a banana with a little bit of sugar or boil a banana and add a little bit of honey.
Warts: take out the paste that covers the banana peel and apply over wart covering with a bandage. Change every time until wart vanishes.
Precaution In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not follow any treatment without medical supervision. Not recommended in diabetic patients. Not recommended to eat ripe or unripe close to the main meals since it makes digestion harder.
