Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients 6 bananas 2 lemons 100 gr sugar 100 ml milk cream
Preparation
- Peel the bananas, cover them with the lemon juice and smash them into puree.
- Add the sugar, milk cream and mix well.
- Refrigerate.
Alternative Ingredients 6 bananas 4 eggs 150 gr sugar 2 lemons Chcolate fudge
Preparation
- Beat the yolks with half of the sugar until it forms a spongy texture.
- Add 4 tablespoons of water and lemon juice, cook at low heat until it hardens without it boiling. Take off the fire and let it cool.
- Peel the bananas, cover them with the lemon juice and smash them into puree.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff
- Mix everything together, put in a pan and refrigerate.
- Serve covered with fudge.
