Banana Ice Cream

 

Ingredients
6 bananas
2 lemons
100 gr sugar
100 ml milk cream

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas, cover them with the lemon juice and smash them into puree.
  2. Add the sugar, milk cream and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate.

4 eggs
150 gr sugar
2 lemons
Chcolate fudge

Preparation

  1. Beat the yolks with half of the sugar until it forms a spongy texture.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of water and lemon juice, cook at low heat until it hardens without it boiling. Take off the fire and let it cool.
  3. Peel the bananas, cover them with the lemon juice and smash them into puree.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff
  5. Mix everything together, put in a pan and refrigerate.
  6. Serve covered with fudge.
