Ingredients
30 grs butter
1 tspn brown sugar
1 tspn rum
4 big bananas
Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 200 c
- in a small pot melt butter and sugar and the rum let it cook until the sugar is totally melted
- peel the bananas and cut then in big pieces , put then in a plate heat resistant , pour the sugar mix to the bananas and bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and squeeze the lime juice on top served with ice cream
