Banana Dessert Recipe
Ingredients: 6 large ripe bananas 6 tbsps of powdered sugar 2 cups of flour 1 cup of milk 250grs of butter 4 eggs 1 tsp of powdered cinnamon 1 tsp of baking soda Pork lard
Preparation: Peel the bananas, three are cut in thin slices and the other three are blended with a little milk. Beat them with the butter, the sugar and the remaining milk.
Mix the flour, the baking soda and the cinnamon. Beat the eggs and add them little by little to the banana batter alternating them with the flour. Work on the batter until you get a homogenous mix, butter a tall mold and place a layer of the batter to the mold, after add a layer of the sliced bananas and thus fill the mold with another layer of the batter.
Turn on the oven to 150 degrees and place the mold into the oven cooking the dessert for an hour.
