Banana buns

  • For  3 servings
  • Difficulty  medium
  • Time  45 minutes plus the cooling off

 

Ingredients
6 small bananas
125gr flour
Salt
1 egg
½ cup of milk
Oil
Sugar
1 cup skimmed milk

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a container.
  2. Make a hole in the center and add the egg, add half of the milk and stir with a wooden ladle until it becomes soft dough.
  3. Add the rest of the milk gradually and continue mixing until it becomes a liquid dough.
  4. Let it rest for an hour.
  5. Peel bananas, cut them lengthwise and bathe them with the dough.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the bananas and do not let them stick together for two or three minutes until brown.
  7. Place them on paper to filter out the oil.
  8. Place them carefully on a tray, sprinkle sugar on top and serve them with skimmed milk served separately

Practical advice
The buns can also be prepared with apples, pineapple, pears, etc.
