Banana Bun Recipe
Ingredients: 3 bananas 1 lemon 2 spoons of powdered sugar 1tsp of vanilla 2 spoons of white rum
For the paste: 150grs of flour 2 eggs 4 spoons of oil 2 spoons of rum 1 dl of milk Salt
Preparation: Peel the bananas and cut them in slices of 2 cm thick. Sprinkle them with lemon extract.
Mix the sugar and vanilla in a container.
Place the banana slices in a container, sprinkle the sugar and rum on top of them. Let them macerate for 1 hour covered with a cloth. On the meantime, prepare the paste for the nuts as is indicated in the recipe ”Nuts In Rum” and proceed with the bananas in the same manner as is indicated in the “Apple Bun” recipe.
