Ingredients
Bananas, 1 kilogram
Honey melon, ½ kilogram
Raw sugar, 1 kilogram
Honey, ½ kilogram
Preparation
Peel and cut the bananas in normal size slices. Chop the melon into dices. Add in the sugar and honey to the fruit. Allow this to macerate for 15 minutes. Then place it inside a casserole and cook uncovered at high heat. Once the liquid in the casserole starts to evaporate, turn down the heat to low. Cook for approximately 45 minutes until the preparation thickens and acquires the desired consistency. Bottle while it is still hot. Allow it to cool and keep in the refrigerator.
