Baked Potato Recipe
Preparation: Select equal sized medium potatoes if possible. Wash them and clean them with a brush. Dry them and cover the skin with butter for them not to dry too much when baked.
Turn on the oven and graduate to a strong temperature (200 degrees). Once the oven is very hot place the potatoes into the oven and bake between 1 ½ to 2 hours until they are very soft. Poke them with a fork for them to let out the vapor.
They must be served immediately.
If they were baked previously, wrap them with newspaper or wool cloth for them not to lose their heat.
