Baked Bread Recipe
Ingredients: 4kgs of wheat 3 eggs ¾ kg of butter 200grs of sugar Salt
Preparation: Put the wheat on the fire in a container well covered with water. The water should heat up to the maximum, but without letting it oil .let it rest in the water until it cools off. Strain after for them to dry. Once the wheat is dry grind and pass through a sifter to eliminate the peels. The wheat flour is mixed with the sugar, the beat eggs and the salt. Add the butter slowly to the mix until it becomes a soft dough. Stretch the dough on a marble and form 20 rings with them. Turn on the oven and graduate the heat to regular. Place the rings in a buttered cake mold or a tray and let them cook until they are a little brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool off. Once cold, turn the oven on again, turn the heat to its maximum and bake the rings until they are brown.
