Bacon and Avocado Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients 375 grams fettuccine
Avocado and Bacon Sauce 2 chopped bacon slices 1 red onion cut into slices 2 peeled avocados, mashed 2 tablespoons cream 2 tablespoons lemon juice Black pepper 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
Preparation
1. In abundant boiling water cook the fettuccine. Drain and keep warm.
2. For the sauce, fry the bacon and onion over medium heat for 3.4 minutes, or until the onion softens. Add the mashed avocados, cream and lemon juice and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until it is really hot, not boiling.
3. Mix the fettuccine with the sauce, sprinkles the pepper and the cheese. Serve right away.
Serving suggestion Serve with hot brown bread and green salad: you will have a healthy meal.
