Avocado Lemon Salad Recipe
Ingredients 1 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of vinegar 3 egg yolks 125 grs of butter 1 big carrot 3 small onions 2 avocados cut in thin slices 1 mango 6 artichokes heats
Preparation
- Blend vinegar, lemon juice, egg yolks and butter, blend until obtaining a smooth dressing, let the dressing sit for 15 minutes.
- Cut the carrot, onions, artichokes, avocados and mango in thin slices.
- Pour some of the dressing in the middle of a plate and decorate with veggies around the dressing. Serve cold.
