Ingredients
1 kg pears
1 kg apples
125 gr raisins
4 tbspn rum
1 lemon (juice only)
300 gr sugar for every 750 gr of fruit juice
Preparation
- Place the raisins in the rum and let them sit for 2 hours. Then strain them.
- Wash and dry the pears and apples. Blend them with the lemon juice and sugar accordingly. Blend all and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add the raisins place in an mold and refrigerate.
- Beat the mix every 30 min to avoid crystals from forming.
