Ingredients
125 gr glazed sugar
3 eggs
120 gr butter
130 gr flour
2 gr dry yeast
Decoration
500 gr glazed sugar
1 egg
Preparation
Pour the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat on medium with a beater until they are smooth.
Soften the butter in a double sauce pan on directly in a pan and whisk well until creamy.
Mix the flour and dry yeast and sift little by little into the egg and sugar batter, mix well.
Add the whipped butter into the cream. Mix the batter well. Make some square molds out of paper over a baking pan and fill them with the dough using a spoon.
Prepare the decoration by mixing the sugar and one egg white in a bowl, using your hands make sure it crumbles well.
Powder this mix over the butterscotch and bake for 20 min for 220 C. Serve in the paper molds.
