- For: 6 servings

Ingredients:
6 tbsps rice
1½ deciliter milk
3 eggs
1 lemon peel
1 cinnamon stick
9 tbsps sugar
Salt, powdered cinnamon
Preparation:
- Put the rice in a saucepan and cover with water and a dab of salt.
- Put on fire and let it boil for 5 minutes until the water is evaporated.
- Add the milk and stir with a wooden spoon for it to get creamy.
- Add the lemon peel, the cinnamon stick and the milk at a low flame.
- Once all the milk is joined to the rice, add the sugar.
- Stir every once in a while for it not to stick for an 1½ hours while cooking.
- Once removed from fire, add the egg yolks and egg whites till stiff.
