Apricot Sherbet
Ingredients 1 kg apricots 250 gr sugar 1 lemon (juice only) 1 tspn vanilla
Preparation
- Soak the apricots in hot water and peel them. Take the core our, mash them pulp and strain it.
- Prepare the syrup by boiling 250 ml of water and the sugar. Let it cool. Add the apricot pulp, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Refrigerate until ready.
