Apricot Sherbet

 

Ingredients
1 kg apricots
250 gr sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
1 tspn vanilla

Preparation

  1. Soak the apricots in hot water and peel them. Take the core our, mash them pulp and strain it.
  2. Prepare the syrup by boiling 250 ml of water and the sugar. Let it cool. Add the apricot pulp, lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Refrigerate until ready.
