Apricot Sauce
Ingredients 250 grams of dry apricots 250 ml of water 125 grams of sugar 60 ml of Amaretto
Preparation Put the apricots to soak in 250 ml of water and let them sit for one hour. Add in the sugar and a bit more water if necessary (the fruit should be barely covered with the water). Put in a pot over and cook over low heat constantly stirring for 15 minutes. Blend in a blender along with the Amaretto.
