Apricot Jam
Ingredients Apricots, 1 kilogram Sugar, ¾ kilogram Water ¼ cup
Preparation Wash and cut the apricots in half. Cook them on low heat for 20 minutes. Stir every once in awhile. Add in the sugar and allow it to continue cooking. Stir and crush for another 35 minutes. Then allow it to cool, put it in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
