Apricot Ice Cream Dessert

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
1 kilo apricot
1 lemon extract
½ kilo sugar
300 grs strawberries or raspberries
300 grs cookies

Preparation:

  • Wash the apricots and remove the core, blend them together with the lemon extract and the sugar.
  • Next, mix the skimmed milk (reserve 100 grs for decorating) carefully and  fill the ice trays and put into the freezer.
  • After 2 hours, remove from freezer and beat vigorously with an electric beater and are placed back into the freezer.
  • Once it hardens make balls with the ice cream server, place into glass cups ½ hour before serving.
  • At the moment of serving, place the cookies on the sides of the glass cups and decorate with skimmed milk if you want.
