Apricot Ice Cream
Ingredients 500 gr apricots 3 egg yolks 150 gr sugar ¼ lt milk cream ½ cup water
Preparation
- Peal the apricots, take the core out and mash until it’s a puree.
- Heat the water and sugar until it caramels.
- Beat the yolks and add the hot caramel. Continue mixing until it forms a smooth texture. Let it cool Add the apricot puree and milk cream.
Alternative Ingredients 700 gr apricots 1 lemon (juice) 120 gr sugar 150 ml milk cream
Preparation

- Add the sugar, lemon juice and milk cream. Refrigerate
